Processing receipts of responses to Reponsys initiated communications

Responsys has the ability to initiate external communication but no productized ability to ingest return messages from our external "customers". Return messages must be included for regulatory compliance purposes of "opt-out". These may also contain metadata related to the action the initial message. As an example: Initial message of customer outage restoration, Response: Still Out, Confirmed On. These messages need to have a systematic receipt as well as storage and update actions within additional Oracle solutions (C2M for example).
