Processes going to "Not Posted" status after reboot.

Problem Description: Whenever the Process Scheduler and Web Server is being restarted during maintenance, all processes that are run goes to Success Not Posted status. The Process Scheduler and Web Server needs to be started again and cache deleted, and then processes will eventually post.

This issue occurs almost every after maintenance, sometimes we just need to wait for an hour for our processes go to Posted.

We use PeopleSoft Enterprise PT PeopleTools 8.8.

Can you please advise if there is something that we should check after rebooting the server.
