Processed files not in Inbox or Outbox v11.1.2

Hi All

I am fairly new to FDM but have used it before (with Essbase/Planning v9.3.1). I am now on v11.1.2 and looking to integrate to HFM but am having a few issues:

1. When I import a file it does not appear in the Inbox folder (it used to do this automatically in the earlier version).
If I want to see the file then I have to go to the import screen in the web client and click 'View File' or 'View Log' buttons, both the file and the log then appear in the Inbox > ArchiveRestore folder.

2. When I get to the export stage the .dat file does not appear in the Outbox folder (again it used to do this automatically in the earlier version)
If I want to see this file then I again have to go into the web client, access the export screen and click 'View File', it then appears in the Outbox > ArchiveRestore folder.

3. When I run a batch load my file is deleted from the Inbox > Batches > OpenBatch folder and a new batch folder created but no file is placed into that folder.


The actual processes are working fine, data is flowing into FDM and out into HFM correctly but I cannot see these files without manual intervention which is no good to me, particularly the batch loader issue! I've read the readme and the admin guide to see if this is a change to the functionality but can't see anywhere that it is. Am I missing something???
