Process must contain a start activity with no 'in' transitions.

Hi,
we are modeling our process at workflow 2.6.
There are four of them.
Three independent and one master/detail.
They are all finished.
But when we validate, this message is shown for all 4 process:
"Process must contain a start activity with no 'in' transitions."
