I'm suddenly having problems with 11g XE on a Windows vm. Running fine since February, then seems to be coughing up hairballs intermittently. Restarted VM Friday morning, but same errors again over the weekend. The general usage is, a delete/insert of a table is pushed over a dblink, then a local process reads the table.
Anyone have any idea what I can tell admins? It seems to be the OS is just not responding to some things in a timely matter. Anything else to look at?
