process flow question

536463Nov 14 2006 — edited Nov 14 2006
Hello

I have to user Process Flows, which would require Oracle Workflow (or so i have read).
I have installed Oracle http and oracle workflow, but my workflow assistant keeps failing. However, just before it fails it creates owf_mgr schema and a few others.
I have tried connecting to this owf_mgr schema via owb - it worked fine.
Created the process flow - validation went through without any problems.
but when i try to deploy my process flow i get this message:

ORA-01924: role 'OWB_O_OWB_REPOWNER' not granted or does not exist
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SESSION", line 132
ORA-06512: at line 1

Does this mean that i have to grant the same priveledges to owf_mgr as exists for my control centre user? I have read previous postings regarding this and it looks like i do. I jsut need someone to confirm this to me, so that i can grant the priveleges and explain to my DBA why i did so.
There are no clear documentation regarding this - clear instructions on how to install etc, but not how to configure owb with workflow.

Thank you very much for your help and support

Kind Regards

Vix
