procedure to load XML data to multiple tables

Hi,

I have created oracle oracle tables and have XML file. I would like to load this XML data to multiple Oracle Tables. I am working on Oracle 12.2.0.2. Please find below table creation and Parsing queries and suggest me to write a Stored procedure. As I dont have any directory created need to load data without creating any directory.
