Procedure to add LUNs on Oracle VM

Hi all.

we had a couple of weird reboot of some Oracle vm machines after adding a new LUN on the OVM server.

We did the usual

# echo "1" > /sys/class/fc_host/host0/issue_lip

# echo "1" > /sys/class/fc_host/host1/issue_lip

and we could seethe LUN straight up but basically all the VMs rebooted.

Do you knwo any particular procedure/steps to use when you need to add a LUN on OVM servers?
