Probs during Installation of Java WSDP

Hi,

I was trying to install Java WSDP1.1, I ran into problem during the
process..

PROB: During the install process it requires J2SE 1.3.1/1.4 SDK
I did install J2SE 1.4 SDK but it is not able recognize

IT REPORTS:
"None found..." i.e Its not able to find
"Java 2 SDK v 1.3.1 or higher version"

Why is that!??I uninstalled and reinstalled couple of times I
still have the same problem

Any help would be really appreciated .
