Problum in running 9i forms

hi,
i have install forms 9i succeefully on my machine, but when i develop any form and run it then it shows an error http://mymachine:8888/forms/java/oracle/forms/registry/registry.dat is not found,
i check that file on my pc and this same file exist on my pc on same path, what should i do for trouble shoot this problum.
