Problems with Transport example for PPC2003

We're testing the transport example for Pocket Pc, which is included in oracle 10g lite installation guide (getstart.pdf, section 4.5 Starting a Windows CE Application). We're executing msync program and after of the synchronization, the device manager starts and it shows us the following message: "Insufficient information to proceed Error code: Platform not valid - 400".

Someone could help us?. Thanks.
