Problems with starting Tomcat

Hello,

I am having problems running Tomcat.
Few days ago it was working normally but then suddenly stopped. Here is what happens:

From Computer Management I can't start the Tomcat. First, it displays a messaget that Tomcat is up but then after 5-10 secs it shows that it is not started.

Here is what I did: I went to netbeans-4.1\enterprise1\jakarta-tomcat-5.5.7\bin folder and ran startup.bat to start tomcat. Here is the error message that I got:
"Windows cannot find '-Djava.endorsed.dirs='. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and ..."
