Problems with starting Oracle BI Services !

Hi !!

I'm unable to start all the oracle BI services !

when i boot the computer, only Oracle BI server is started.

Then, when I want to start Oracle BI presentation but I'm getting this error :

"Windows could not start BI Presentation server on local computer.
For more information,review the system event log.if this is non-microsoft service,contact the service vendor, and refer to service specific error code-1"

I had an another error for Oracle BI java host:
"The Oracle BI Java host service on Local Computer started then stopped.
Some services services stop automatically if they have no work to do,..."

Have you got any ideas ?
