Oracle client 10.2.0.3 Installtion; WinXPSP2

I made a reference installation and created a file of all installed packes via the universal install manager.
From that file I choose the packes that should be installed.
I created a the same file from my silent test-installation.
The files are identical.
But the silent test-installtion is missing some MB, and more then ~300 files.

From the responsefile used:

DEPENDENCY_LIST={"oracle.sqlplus:10.2.0.3.0","oracle.winprod:10.2.0.1.0","oracle.ntoledb:10.2.0.3.0","oracle.ntoledb.odp_net:10.2.0.3.0","oracle.oo4o:10.2.0.3.0","oracle.network.client:10.2.0.3.0","oracle.odbc:10.2.0.3.0","oracle.odbc.ic:10.2.0.3.0","oracle.install.rdmbs.common:10.2.0.3.0"}


after comparing the install trees I found out these files were missing:

network\tools\help\mgr\
folders "help" and "help_de"

.msb files in:
...\network\mesg\
ncrd.msb
niqd.msb
nld.msb
nmpd.msb
nnfd.msb
nzd.msb
snld.msb
tnsd.msb

one missing DLL
..\bin\
OraOLEDB10d.dll

one font
..\jdk\jre\lib\fonts
ALBANWTJ.TTF


Is there another "hidden" package I need to install?
I just refferd to the file created by the universal installer, which now seems to be a bad idea.

One more odd thing:

Both installation logs say that
"oracle.doc 10.2.0.3" couldn't be found.
and
(Err. msg translated from german;) )
INFO: OUI-10066: Oracle Database Utilities 10.2.0.3.0 couldn't be found. Missing component oracle.omwb 10.1.0.1.0
and the same line with "oracle.workflow.builder 2.6.4.0.0."

At first look I thought "oracle.doc" contains the missing help files but the "hand made" installation had the same error messages in the log.
