Problems With Report Background Engine

I have problems with Report Background Engine, when I run reports from one application, no problems. But when I run reports from another application the new path is not considered in RBE, then the reports files are not found.

In other cases, when I run one report and then run other the RBE crash.

Can Anyone help me?
