Problems with Refactor - Move

JDev 9.0.3 (and probably 9.0.2)

Refactoring to move classes, doesn't update references in JSP (imports, beans, etc) or web.xml (servlets).

Also, not as major, but imports aren't completely updated in Java source. It seems to add imports for the moved classes but it doesn't clean up and removed old imports.
