Problems with port 8080

I have DB 9.0.1 running on windows 2000 server. I have commented out the MTS section in init.ora to disable the servlet engine and restarted. However when I run an existing application in JBoss which uses 8080 it fails to start saying that port 8080 is already bound to something else.

How do I remove this binding?
