Problems with Outlook

Hi, All!
I have two strange problems with Outlook.
At first, sometimes when I receive the message (when I read or preview this message) with attachment Outlook with connector installed crash unexpectedly (message).
Then some messages delivered to mailbox are invisible by OC client, but they can be seen by other IMAP clients or webmail. To make the messages invisible by OC I have to reboot operating system.

Please help me to solve these problems!
