Problems with numeric fields importing to MS Access

Connection to Oracle via ODBC is giving me a problem. The numeric fields with decimals are not being understood as decimals. example:

Numeric fields without decimals, everything ok but he does not understand the decimal point.

example:

12 is 12
123.321 123,321 comes

Someone could tell me why?
