Problems with Installation of Oracle Forms

I've installed Oracle Developer Suite 10g and tried to use the Forms Builder. I try to run the Form and it asks to Install Oracle JInitiator. I start to install the JInitiator and a error message occurs:
ISSET_SE caused a General Protection Fault in module KRNL386.EXE at 0002:0FD6.

After pressing close another error happens:
ISSET_SE caused an access violation in WOW32.Dll at 0x0ffb43d9.

And then after trying to CLOSE the application I get another error:
FRM-18126: Could not invoke the browser

Any suggestions on my problem?
