Problems with Avatar

I having some problems with my ViewerAvatar. I trying to manulipate the selman KeynavigationTest source code. The Avatar appears in the scene but when i move the keys the Avatar moves in the opposite direction. I presume the problem is that the world is rotated instead of the viewer but i can't come up with a solution..

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated..
