Problems when downloading package (for a game; Runescape)

I went to their website (www.runescape.com) and after chosing a world an automatic download start, the runtime environment. It download fine until I come to the process of copying new files, I get a message written :
cannot find source file: C:/Documents and settings/My name/Local Settings/temporary internet files/Content.IE5/ja142000(1).cab. Verify if the file exist of if you have the autorisation
Please help me, I am no good with all those things and need a professional to find what is going on.
