Problems trying to Grant/Set Roles via Trigger/Stored Procedure

If I try execute immediate grant.... I get DDL not allowed in trigger

If I use DMBS_SESSION,SET_ROLE... I get ORA-06565: cannot execute SET ROLE from within stored procedure

Any suggestions ?
