Problems to burn CD from iso image file

I downloaded Intel based Solaris, and got 4 ziped files. After files were unziped 4 *.iso files are created. Each time when I try to burn CD using those image files CD Creator is reporting device error without any additional information. Even worse for example, after CD is burned I'm getting CD with 1,5 Mb from *.iso file of 520 Mb. Can anybody helps?
