Problems printing with Oracle Reports 10G

I have built some reports using Oracle Reports Builder v. 10.1.2.0.2 using a Windows XP SP 2 client OS connected to a 10G R.2 database on an AIX Box.

When I try and send directly to the printer I get the following errors:

REP-0069 Internal Error.
REP-57054 In-Job Process terminated: Executed successfully but there were some errors when distribute the output.
REP-50159 Executed successfully but there were some errors when distribute the output.

However, as a workaround, when I select print preview which runs the report again and then print from the print preview screen, the report is sent to the printer successfully.

I had this issue with 6i Reports but cannot remember how we resolved it. Can anyone please help???
