Hello, I can no longer access my oracle account with login and password, when trying, the error below appears:
"Your login attempt failed. The credentials you entered do not match our records.If you have unsuccessfully attempted to authenticate with this username multiple times your account may be locked out and must be reset via the administrator. If this is a new user account, please contact your administrator for your temporary password."
When contacting support via live chat, I was informed of the following:
"I see your account is disabled due to promotion grace period expired. so please reach out to forum for technical engineer assistance to recover your account"
I would like guidelines to review my account or at least be able to back up the files stored there.
