probleme using EXECUTE IMMEDIATE in PLSQL

Hi all!!

I would like to execute a simple query in plsql procedure, so for that i used the EXECUTE IMMEDIATE command, but unfortunately it didn' work and the exception is thrown ,

so why i could not execute correctly?? is there any package that i should include??
