Problem with wget to download oracle

Hi All,

I want to download http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/database/enterprise-edition/downloads/112010-linx8664soft-100572.html for my newly purchased linux server,

unfortunately i have only ssh putty access to this server, i had already tried a lots of option of wget but could not able to download those two files.

can you anyone suggest me the full wget command for downloading those two files? or is there any other way out?
