Problem with WE8ISO8859P1 character set and character "ñ"

Hi,

I have an istallation of Oracle 9.2.0.5 in Windows 2003 server sp2. I create a database with WE8ISO8859P1 Character set and Al16utf16 natioanal character set.
In nls_database_parameters i have (American, america) in nls_instance_parameters (Spanish, spain) and nls_session_parameters (Spanish, spain). My problem is that i insert a data that contain character "ñ" and if i make a select i see that don´t appear character "ñ", the characters "+-" appears. Any idea about this.
