Problem with the "Recievables" module - screen: "Manage Receipts" vs. Subject Area: "Receivables - Standard Receipts Application Details Real Time".
On the screen I can filter out a specific receipt No: "RCPT_0004/01/24/CF2A00" (see first screenshot).
Then I create the simplest analysis in OTBI with only one column: "Receipt Number" and one filter element: "Standard Receipt Details"."Receipt Number"='RCPT_0004/01/24/CF2A00' (see second screenshot).
This analysis does not select any data, as a result I get: "No Results The specified criteria didn't result in any data ...".
For other similar receipts (for the same BU), I get correct data.
When I perform a similar test in OTBI, but for the "Document Number" column, the effect is exactly the same, i.e. incorrect.
Please explain the problem and how to solve it.
In the current situation, the data provided via Subject Area: "Receivables - Standard Receipts Application Details Real Time" cannot be trusted. This is even more treacherous because as a result of the error described, only a small percentage of the selected records "disappear".
