problem with the hardware in v440

hi every one
i am using v440 server . my server was crashed and . i was unable to login in to my server ...
i coonected to the console and now i am in rsc prompt
rsc>
is there any command here to see the faulity hardware .....suppose if my root disk is corrupted can i know from console is there any command to know ..........
as well as in ok> (ok prompt) how can we find the hardware failure like hard disk failure
please share your experiences thank you
