Problem with SWT and Pocket pc

Hi,
I've a Problem. I've developed a web browser using swt on pocket PC (Cre-me 3.26 as JVM) but when I try to click on external link such word files, or multimedia files, it doesn't work! I doesn't perform nothing!!! WHY?
Please help me!
