Problem with Scheduled Job

I'm having a problem with a Scheduled Job

When I run a ScheduleJob I obtain the following error:
+oracle.iam.platform.kernel.EventFailedException: Event result is not returned for a synchronous kernel event handler+

The error occurs when the Scheduled Job try to delete a user.
I've done the delete using the tcUserOperationsIntf usermgmt and using the api and results the same error

Does anyone know what's wrong?
