Problem with plugin charts labels

Hi all..

I am using the apex 5.0.3... In one of my dashboard page am using the sample dashboard (available Packaged App) D3 pie chart plugin, At legend and tooltips when it is in english No problem... But if the same in arabic then it showing in different language.. Can you please help on this...
