Problem with .pks and .pkb files

After a new install, attempting to open a file from the main file->open dialogue fails for files with a .pks or .pkb extention. Also, double-clicking on those files in windows explorer passes contol to Raptor, but no file opens. The open dialogue remains in focus, but with the 'Open' button greyed out.
Adding those file extentions to File->Preferences->File Types as SQL files seems to fix the problem.
