Problem with Percentage

Hi Experts,

i have one column with some formula and in data format i made it as percentage.
so percentage is displaying..its fine..
but here, for example i am getting 70.65 % , it is rounding to 71%.
but i need to cut off that 0.65% and it should display 70%.

how can i get this...pls help me
