Problem with OCI library

Hi,
I am working with VC++ .NET and I have to connect with an Oracle database. I use OCI, but when I am compiling, at the beginning, it shows an error: 'It can't take the OCIEnv type. Version: 0.0.0.0'.
I have installed in my computer OracleDeveloperSuite10g90401 but I think I need something else, but I don't know what.

I had read in this forum that Oracle Database 10g download on OTN includes a Client CD, but I don't know how I can install it.

Can someone help me please??
