Problem with Jdeveloper during copy/paste/cut

I've been having problems with Copy/Paste/Cut ever since 10.1.2 but I always assumed that it had to do with my X11 and the control key but I've been able to reproduce the issue using the copy/paste menus in JDeveloper. The issue is not 100% reproduceable, although it will happen more ofthen than not.
I'm running JDeveloper 10.1.3 SU4 on a 2.6.16 SMP Dual Xeon 3.4GHz Linux box and my Java version is 1.5.0_06. I wish I could provide more debugging information but I haven't been able to find any. :(
