problem with grant execute on DB package to a role
problem with grant execute on DB package to a role:
we created a number of roles and granted these to users, depending on their role in the organisation.
The problem we get is that users can't call stored procedures although the role is granted execute rights on these stored procedures.
Now we need to grant these execute rights to all the users individually which is not the situation we want.
Have others encountered this and is there a solution?
