On a fresh install of OVM 3.3.1, we see that the one of the ethernet devices are being renamed to "rename7" instead of what we would expect. this only happens on some reboots. Other times it gets renamed to "p3p2". It is not consistent. We have four on board ethernet ports and one four port nic. They are a mix of 1 Gbit and 10Gbit speeds.
Is this a bug or will this get resolved when we assign our network devices with OVM manager?
