problem with displaying Arabic (Farsi) alphabets

Hi every one,

I have translated some of my forms from English to Persian (Farsi) using translation help.
I have tried several NLS-LANG for window such as ARABIC-SAUDI ARABIA.AR8MSWIN1256 but the problem occurs when I want to compile in Linux.
If I set the NLS-LANG for LINUX to ARABIC-SAUDI ARABIA.AR8MSWIN1256 it would give me the error FRM-91500(unable to start/complete the build)

If I set it as NLS_LANG=ARABIC.AR8ISO8859P6 it will be compiled but cant see all of the characters and some of them change to other signs like question marks.

Could you plz give me some clue
