Problem with data minig

Hello.
I am a beginnier in data mining. I have installed database 9.2.0.3 with data miner, unlock account odm and odm_mtr, and when I started "exec dm_start_monitor" i have error that identificator dm_start_monitor must be declared. What i do bad? I must instal something else?
What I must instal if I want grafical interface to data mining.
