Problem with croation character č

Hi,

I am currently working in Croatia and I have a problem with the nls setting. I have already tried the character settings UTF8, EE8MSWIN1250, EE8ISO8859P2, BLT8MSWIN1257 and WE8ISO8859P1 for the nls_lang parameter. Of those settings, only EE8MSWIN1250 showed the (almost) correct characters.

Now the problem is, that while most characters such as š or ž are displayed correctly, others like the č, the ć or the đ are shown incorrectly. The problem with the wrong display only occurs on the reports (we are using Oracle reports) and in SQL plus and not in the programm itself, which uses Oracle forms or in the SQL developer.

I hope that you have some ideas for me.
