Problem with connection Oracle database 11g and Factory Talk Transaction Manager

Hi, I am a student in Technical University in Košice, and I writte my bachelor thesis, my problem is I cannot connect Oracle 11g database with FT Transaction Manager(Rockwell Software), protocols what I want to use are ODBC and OCI. I need to create DNS, for FT TM, but when I create in Microsoft ODBC Administrator(Oracle in OraDb11g_home1), I cannot use it in FT TM.

When I want to use Microsoft ODBC for Oracle, there is a problem (the system cannt find oracle drivers).

I have Windows 7, 64 bit, and a edition is Home Premium.

I find some solution, but instant client and ODAC, dont help me.

I have no idea want to do, an I have no time, becasue I have term 30.05.2014 to complete my thesis. I dont know what to do
