Problem with Client_host command for Forms runtime

Hi,

What can be the reason, that the same command does not work for Oracle forms runtime:

Generating this problem:

AND does work for Command Prompt:
image.png
But for files, which does not have any spaces or special characters in the name of the file, everything works correctly for both Form runtime and Command Prompt.
