Problem with Chinese characters in PDF output

Hi all,

I've setup a report to generate with UTF8 Chinese characters. I've used the uifont.ali to map to the needed Unicode font - Arial Unicode MS. However, when the PDF output is generated, the Chinese characters (or any character with the same font for that matter) come out bold; This happens only with the PDF output, (RTF, Screen, etc are all ok), and the output remains bold no matter how I format the actual field in the RDF (in fact, I can set the field to Underline, but setting it to Italic doesn't seem to have an effect) Furthermore, when the PDF is printed, the printout shows the correct font weight (i.e. not bold). I'm pretty sure it's some sort of setup problem - I know there have been other projects able to generate Chinese chars in PDFs correctly. Any ideas?
