Problem with Cache Administrator

I am having problems configuring Cache Administrator. I tried to add the required environement variables like ORACLE_HOME and the necessage paths for the windows platform but the cache administrator does not list the tables for the Oracle user specified in the login.

I tried to create a new cache group definition but to continue I need the list of tables in the cache. The red message saying "Gathering Table Information, please wait..." does not disappear and so there are no tables listed to continue.

Please help me out.
