Problem with BI scheduler

hi All,

Actually i have installed OBIEE 11g in my system,while starting the BI services,i am unable to start the BI scheduler.When i run the "opmnctl status" at command prompt,the BI scheduler is down.Can anyone please resolve this problem.Even I am unable to restart the services from the EnterpriseManager.

OBIEE version:11.1.1.5
