problem with.bat file

Site Scope Errors Component continuously checks for errors over the production sites. If some thing goes wrong in the production it will display errors over the site and those need to be take care by support team. These sites will refresh for every 20 seconds and the support people need to monitor continuously to make sure every thing fine. This component helps to identify errors over the site and sends an email to support team, and then they will take care of those errors by alerting corresponding people. This component will note each and every error over the logs for EOD reference.

* This program is running past 6 months then recently we got a udated the url replace of http://69.27.230.224/SiteScope/accounts/login5/htdocs/DetailPostEdge.html

* we got upadted url is http://69.27.230.104/SiteScope/accounts/login5/htdocs/DetailPostEdge.html

then i upadted this one in .bat file program is running creating log file and everything is fine but we are not reciving mail ...
