Problem with accuracy for Coordinate Transform WGS84 to German Gauß-Krüger

Hi,

i try to transform WGS84 Coordinates (SRID=8307) to the German GAUß Krüger System (SRID=8207) with Oracle 10.1.0.2. The results i got are different to other programs. Maybe I have an accuracy Problem. Does anybody can help?

SELECT
sdo_cs.transform (SDO_GEOMETRY (2001,8307, sdo_point_type (6.878470 , 51.163138 , NULL), NULL,NULL ),82027 )
FROM dual;

gets the Result:

(2001; 82027; (3351505.28672114; 5671924.77043979; ); ; )

Other programs bring an result of:
3351676.998 , 5671936.682

As you can see, I get an difference of about 170m and 12m.

Any Ideas?
